Enter in a fabulous traditional farmhouse kitchen, perfect for dining and celebrations. With large private gardens overlooking miles of Cheshire Countryside, make the most of playing outdoors with the children in the swing and slide play area or long summer evening BBQ’s.

“Gorgeous place. Huge bedrooms, comfy beds, great play area for kids. Well equipped and super responsive for the couple of small issues we had. Try the Greyhound Pub. Cottage is very close to lots of nice Cheshire countryside and has a very homely feel and heaps of parking space.”

Locals top tip: Visit ‘Fentons’ Farm Foods’ for locally grown vegetables, home reared meat as well as free range eggs, they will also deliver delicious breakfast boxes as well as Sunday Roast packages

Birkin Farm is located in Ashley, Cheshire East, United Kingdom. It is 6 miles from Manchester Airport and only 15 minutes drive from Hale, Knutsford and Wilmslow. All our cottages are dog friendly. Your four-legged friend(s) will have the pleasure of many public footpaths locally that are accessible straight from the farmhouse door. Ashley train station is also only a 15 minute walk from property with trains travelling to Altrincham, Chester, and Manchester if you fancy exploring further afield during your stay
